Hi Noah,
Great idea - i actually came up with this idea myself using the fast connect tripod holders. I couldn't believe this product hadn't already been invented. I'm very interested in buying your version instead of fashioning a new version of mine (mine broke.) What guarantee do you offer that the camera won't slide out if I bend down and the lens gets hung up on my thigh? I'm interested in speaking with you about product production as I have many other ideas I would like to launch with no idea how to get started.

Do you offer a discount if I order two?
Thanks,
Jim

The production model comes with a lock..

I've actually been using this for a while now, and I've tried to make it slip out, even without a lock, and it just won;t... It sits down far enough so that if it were to catch on something it wouldn't slip up and out. It actually follows your waste, and it's never even come close to slipping out.

Thanks for the concern Robert!

I can't see any form of "locking mechanism" as mentioned. This looks a great idea as it works the same as older portable radio holders I've used previously. They all had some form of safety clip that was quite visible.

Where is this safety clip, and how does it stop the camera slipping "up" and out if you catch is when bending down?
